The control and management of the School is vested in The Arden Anglican School Council, consisting of the Archbishop of Sydney as President, and twelve persons elected by the Synod of the Anglican Church. As it turns out, the Council has a number of parents of children currently at the school or previously enrolled. The Council comes from all walks of life and professions. The School Council meets regularly and manages Policies and development of the School.
