Spring Fair

The Spring Fair is here for 2017 and will be held at the Beecroft Campus on Saturday 2nd September, 2017.

We welcome every member of our school family and those in the local community to be a part of Arden for the day and to discover and explore all that our wonderful School has to offer. The fair is open from 8am until 3pm so please join us and enjoy all the Spring Fair has to offer:

Book signings with author Belinda Murrell

Belinda will be talking on the mini stage, CMC at 11.30am and then signing books. She will also be judging the colouring in competition from 12pm.

Graham Ross to Speak at the Arden Spring Fair

Graham Ross

Radio and TV talent Graham Ross, will be giving two gardening talks in the Community Garden at 11am and 11.15am.

He will then be available to answer gardening questions. So come ready with your questions and enjoy this unique opportunity.

Grug comes to the Fair 

Popular children’s character Grug will also be appearing on Fair day.

Catch Grug at 9.30am, 10.30am and 1pm in the Pre-School playground.



All your favourite rides are back! The Tea Cups, Mini Pirate Ship, the Jumping Castle, the Giant Slide and the Disco Show. All day passes available.


Arden Dance

Come and see the best local talent in the district, concert bands, jazz ensembles, jazz & contemporary dance troops, theatre groups, vocal ensembles and much more with Fair favourite MC Ewan Campbell. Check out the Entertainment Program for more details.



Toy Box

Meander through the great selection of books, toys and clothes. Grab yourself a bargain or two or three and enjoy a classic read, a cuddly toy or a unique outfit.

Craft & Vintage ware


Find that long lost treasure, that unique piece of jewellery, the beautifully crafted artwork or the amazing knitted booties as you wander through the craft & vintageware stalls.

Growers Market

Fruit Vegetables Flowers

Welcome in Spring with the early fruit, vegetables, plants & flowers of the season, fresh from the local market gardens of Dural, Galston and the food bowl of the Hornsby Shire.


Indian Meal

A Fair hunger needs a Fair menu, BBQ, sausage rolls, quiche and so much more, all homemade and fresh. Then top it off with a Devonshire Tea at Year 6 Cafe or a barista coffee and homemade cake.


Sweets & Jams

Jams, marmalade, toffee, fudge, chocolate, lemon curd, sauces,  lollies, fairy floss, gelato, cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, slices, gluten free baked goods – Yum yum – dig in!

What can you say – a Fair without show bags is like “spring without flowers” – So don’t forget to get your show bags.
